Michelle is extremely excited to be a part of Cosmetologists of Washington United.  As one of the founding advocates, she is proud to bring her passion of helping fellow professionals fight the hard fight of protecting our industry. She aims to share her many years of education & sales experience, and help others rise to the next level. Michelle has a variety of experience creating and motivating teams to reach their goals, both personally and professionally.  Through collaboration and organization, she assists fellow entrepreneurs, individuals and organizations achieve goals beyond what they knew were possible.

As a business owner and an entrepreneur, she understands the importance of protecting the livelihood of the beauty industry, setting goals, planning and accountability. Michelle has been a licensed cosmetologist for 23 years, well versed in every aspect of the biz.  Her sales & education experience is quite extensive in the cosmetology industry, leading and teaching how to create a dynamic value proposition. As past owner of a pizza franchise, she not only oversaw all the accounting aspects of the business but assured the profitability of the organization.

Throughout her work experience, she has volunteered and advocated for a variety of causes that were important to her community and family. Michelle enjoys organizing events, fundraisers and assisting with any committee to ensure they are efficient and fulfilling the core values they have set out.  Michelle is an advocate & helper in all areas of life and is excited to be a partner of COWU!
