You are responsible for the controls, settings, renewal and payment info on your membership profile. You can cancel at any time using these internal controls. SETTINGS DEFAULT TO AUTO RENEWAL when you purchase membership. Your renewal date always falls on the same date every year that you enrolled. You are 100% in charge of clicking that off if you so choose. If the system autorenews —we do not guarantee refunds for “accidental” renewals as you are completely in charge of your profile.
