    Here, Cosmetologists of Washington of United presents 2 candidates nominated by the COWU Board of Directors for consideration by enrolled advocates. The role of Vice President generally supports the organization’s operations, objectives and mission, enrolls as an advocate (if not already), and takes over for the President on the Board of Directors in the event of removal or resignation.     In the last few weeks, Cosmetologists of Washington United has been steadily gearing up preparations for the 2022 Legislative Session in Olympia, WA. Our grassroots efforts have been widely recognized by industry insiders in and out of the state capital and we know we can count on our community of passionate Personal Service providers and businesses to get to work fighting harmful legislation when we need them to. 2022 session, however, is only 3 months long and we know how dangerous it can be when we have less time to mobilize our large caravan of support.
