Frank Trieu is the Vice President of Business Development & Industry Relations at Evergreen Beauty College. As a school owner and licensed Instructor, Frank has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry and serves on multiple state and national committees to represent and advance the profession. Frank has served as President of the American Association of Career Schools and was honored twice as Board Member of the Year, as well as receiving the prestigious lifetime achievement of N.F. Cimaglia. He currently serves as Chair of the Washington State Advisory Board of Cosmetology and as the Chair of the NACCAS Commission, which accredits nearly 1300 career colleges in North America. Frank has been an active member of COWU, and is passionate about creating opportunities for growth and long-term success for the beauty industry.  **His term will be starting on January 1, 2026 due to finishing out a prior obligation.
